    Saturday, August 25, 2007, 12:11 AM [General]

    Merry Meet,

I've been gone for quite awhile. It's been a long sad journey, but i return to the fold. During my time away-i've lost my dear sweet brother & have faced many hardships. These things have made me stronger- tho more lonely than before. I am glad to be back. Many Blessings to you & yours.

    New Beginnings

    Friday, March 2, 2007, 09:05 AM [General]

    Merry Meet Everyone.

The time of new beginnings are almost here. Fresh flowers, veggies, fruits & herbs. I have all my seeds accounted for and if there are any that you are particularly looking for-let me know and i'm sure i have them(even the not so easy to find.) Can't wait for planting to begin. I always love watching new beginnings. This year my gardens will be vast and varied-rich hues of reds, blues, purples, whites, etc. Day bloomers & night bloomers-herbs & veggies. Some special plants too-some from Africa & some from Aztec ruins. Have a lovely day!!

    Bright Blessings,

    Where Her Wildheart Roamed

    Friday, February 23, 2007, 06:38 PM [General]

    Her hair is red
    Her skin is fair
    Where she lives
    There's no lover there.
    She misses her mountains
    her creeks and her streams.
    Her lonliness lasts forever
    or so it seems.
    She misses her mountains
    A place she called home.
A place where her wild heart roamed.
    She was a musician,
    the best some would say.
    Now her violin lays idle,
her hands can no longer play.
    She was an artist
    very good and true,
now her hands have forgotten what to do.
Her manners are mild and meek,
She sits in her chair as her body grows weak.
    She misses her mountains,
    A place she called home.
The only place her wild heart roamed.

    These 4 Walls

    Friday, February 23, 2007, 06:36 PM [General]

These 4 walls of what she calls home,
Leave her nowhere to wander and roam.

She was part of an experiment-if you can see
She's the last one left- She's woman number 3.

She was highly trained and expertly skilled,
She didn't know that what they taught her,
    would get her killed.

    The other ladies died quickly,
    they left her alone,
    to ponder her fate,
behind the 4 walls of her home.

She stays home and takes care of her
son and her brother, but her heart longs
    to belong to another.

She's never heard "I Love You"
    from family or other.
She's only heard it from her son and her brother.

    To lay beside a partner,
    That'll stroke her hair
    and let her know,
    that they really care.

    She was always told
    She's the family workhorse.
    Grab me this,build me that,
and sometimes she was on the receiving end of a bat.

    She was powerful,strongly built
It's true, but now she's left
    with nothing to do.

    She pulls herself out
    to sit on her porch
with her little dog beside her.
She sits there and softly sings,
thinking of all of life's missed things.

    She has no real regrets,
She's accomplished all that was set
    for her to do.
The only thing she hasn't found
    Is a heart thats true.

    Pueblo Blessing

    Friday, February 23, 2007, 06:33 PM [General]

Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree, which stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.
Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.
Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.
